The Phoenix Suns will take on the defending NBA champions, Boston Celtics on Wednesday, March 26th at the PHX Arena. All eyes would be on the star player Jayson Tatum, whether he starts against the Suns or not.

Will Jayson Tatum start against Phoenix Suns?

The 27-year-old forward is listed on the team's injury report as questionable ahead of their clash against the Suns. Tatum was seen in pain during the team's previous clash against the Sacramento Kings after he collided with Domantas Sabonis' foot.

He was helped off the court as he headed straight towards the locker room and didn't return. He ended the night with 25 points in the 26 minutes he featured. The injury turned out to be less severe than it seemed as Tatum was seen joking with the teammates and wearing sneakers on both the feet in the locker room.

The Celtics forward left the arena without wearing clutches or a boot but was seen limping. He even featured on the New Heights podcast, where he reassured his fans that he is doing fine.

I’m feeling good man. There’s a few benefits to being 27. You know, you recover a little bit faster. I’ll be alright, Tatum said.

By the looks of what Tatum said, it wouldn't be surprising to see if he takes the court on Wednesday against the Suns. The Celtics are navigating through their own injury issues. The Boston Celtics are second in the Eastern Conference with a record of 53-19 and are on a six-game winning streak. On the other hand, the Suns are placed tenth in the Western Conference with a record of 35-37 and are on a four-game winning streak.
