On the other hand, Cam Thomas, who is one of the key players for the Nets will also miss the clash against the Pacers. Thomas, who has been in red hot form as he was having a career-best season, suffered a left hamstring strain during the March 13 clash against Chicago Bulls. This is the third hamstring injury he has suffered this season, which also rules him out of the season.
Apart from these two players, De'Anthony Melton (knee), Reece Beekman (two-way), Tyson Etienne (two-way), Tosan Evbuomwan (two-way) and Dariq Whitehead (G League) are sidelined from the clash. Ziaire Williams (hamstring) is listed as questionable on the team's injury report.
D'Angelo Russell has been averaging 13.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game. Cam Thomas has been averaging 24.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 0.6 steals per match.
The Indiana Pacers are placed fourth in the Eastern Conference with a record of 40-29. The Brooklyn Nets are twelfth in the Eastern Conference with an average record of 23-47.
