Recent imaging on Cade Cunningham’s left calf confirmed a left calf contusion that he sustained during the game last week at Dallas (3/21). He will continue his treatment regimen with the Pistons’ athletic training staff. Cunningham will be listed as day-to-day moving forward.
Cade Cunningham has been averaging a career high of 25.7 points, 6.1 rebounds and 9.2 assists per game this season as he has been the shining light for the Pistons offense. He is also shooting a career-best of 46.2% from the field.
The Detroit Pistons are eyeing a spot in the playoffs for the first time since 2019 as they are placed fifth in the Eastern Conference with a record of 42-33 and are on a one game losing streak.
