The Atlanta Hawks and the Indiana Pacers will be locking horns at the in-season tournament of the 2025-26 NBA season. The Pacers are going to be one of the most short-handed teams ahead of the fixture. The team will be without two of their younger players who were ruled out ahead of their match against the Dallas Mavericks.

Additionally, Bennedict Mathurin due to great toe sprain, rim-running forward Obi Toppin due to foot stress reaction, rookie guard Kam Jones due to lower back stress reaction and because of Achilles tendon tear, will be out of the fixture.
For the Hawks, All-Star and All-NBA point guard Trae Young has been ruled out as he is recovering from a right knee injury which he sustained during Atlanta's win over the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday.
