Kyrie Irving Shares Message After Suffering Season-Ending Injury
"It hasn't been 48 hours since I tore my ACL but the recovery process already started mentally, spiritually, emotionally. So just wanted to let you guys know that I'm okay and I will be okay moving forward. It does suck a lot. I ain't gonna lie to you guys. This one stings for sure," Irving said.

Irving sent another message on social media that turned some heads.
"Thank you GOD. I understand that my calling on earth is bigger than basketball and it's not just about me. This moment was for all of my brothers and sisters who also put GOD first. I know how powerfully unified we are through our unwavering faith. I am that I am. Hélà," Irving said in response to a post on X showing him hitting his free throws before limping off the court.
The Mavericks have lost six of their past seven games, including their first two games since Irving's season-ending injury. Their next shot to get back on track will come on Sunday when they take on the Phoenix Suns.
