According to The Stein Line's Jake Fischer, sources indicate that the Golden State Warriors' decision-makers are exploring the possibility of bringing two of the biggest NBA superstars- LeBron James and Kevin Durant- on board.

"Sources say the most ambitious idea being tossed around among Golden State's decision-makers: Is there any feasible pathway for the Warriors to pull off the dreamiest of outcomes and find a way to bring both (LeBron) James and (Kevin) Durant to The Bay," Fischer reported.

While the trade looks unlikely, it is not impossible as the Golden State Warriors have a long history of pulling off exceptional moves that nobody sees coming. If the Warriors somehow manage the task of aligning the salaries and asset valuation and bring both LeBron and Durant, then it will be a move that will turn the tables for Golden State this season.

LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant: A Never Before Trio

Kevin Durant, who has already shared the court space with Golden State Warriors' talisman Stephen Curry, has proven that he can link with the two-time MVP. Together they captured two titles during the 2016-2019 under coach Steve Kerr. Curry and James however have never played alongside for the same side in the NBA. The two have united during the All-Star games and at the Olympic events, but never as teammates.
