Williamson is out due to a lower back contusion and this will be the 44th game that he will miss out this season. On the other hand, a right foot contusion sees McCollum sidelined from the match and this will be his 18th game that he misses in this year's campaign. Apart from these two players, Brandon Baston (ankle), Herb Jones (shoulder), Trey Murphy (shoulder) and Dejounte Murray (Achilles) will miss the clash. 

The New Orleans starting five against the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday included Jose Alvarado, Jordan Hawkins, Keion Brooks Jr., Kelly Olynyk and Yves Missi. When available, both Williamson and McCollum have led the charge in terms of offense for the Pelicans.

In the 30 games that Williamson has played, he has averaged 24.6 points, 7.2 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game. As far as McCollum's stats are concerned, he has averaged 21.1 points while shooting 44.4 % from the field. 

Stephen Curry will make a comeback for the Warriors after missing two games due to pelvic contusion. Curry's inclusion makes the game whole lot difficult for the already struggling Pelicans. 

The New Orleans Pelicans are placed fourteenth in the Western Conference with a record of 20-53 and are on one game winning streak. The Golden State Warriors are placed seventh in the Western Conference with a record of 41-31 and are on a two-game losing streak.
