The new addition to the Sacramento Kings' roster, Zach LaVine is all set to make his debut for the franchise against the Orlando Magic. The former UCLA star was traded to Magic on February 2 and will start the match after missing the last fixture. After finally settling down in his new franchise, LaVine can finally make his debut for the Kings against the Magic.
Will Zach LaVine play against the Orlando Magic?
Zach LaVine missed the last three games for the Chicago Bulls due to personal reasons before being traded to the Kings. Facing the Orlando Magic at the Golden 1 Center, LaVine will be looking to be a starter for the game but will need some time to settle in after missing four games on the trot.
LaVine last featured against the Denver Nuggets on January 27 in a match that saw the Bulls defeat the Nuggets (129-121). In that game, LaVine registered 21 points and six assists as he played an important role in the Bull's win over the Nuggets. He later had to miss the following games against the Celtics, Raptors and the Pistons before being traded to the Kings.
LaVine's deal was part of a three-team deal that saw De'Aaron Fox join the San Antonio Spurs along with Jordan McLaughlin, Zach joined the Kings alongside Sidy Cissoko and three first-round picks. On the other hand, the Bulls received one 2025 pick while securing the likes of Tre Jones, Kevin Huerter and Zach Collins to their roster.
