With a jam-packed calendar year, Team India will be touring to another nation, Zimbabwe, for a three-match ODI series next month, just before the Asia Cup.

However, the dates are yet to get a final stamp officially. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has hinted that any mid dates could assigned for the three-match series which could be August 18, August 20 and August 22 tentatively, which will be part of the ICC One-Day Super League.

Sports Tak has also learnt that most likely India's 'B' team will travel for this tour including some of the senior players.

The Men in Blue will be playing six ODIs back to back this month, three against England (July 12, July 14 and July 17) and subsequently as many ODIs against West Indies (July 22, July 24 and July 27). However, these matches will be not be part of the Super League.

India will be touring the African Nation for the first time in six years. The last time they toured Zimbabwe was when MS Dhoni-led side played three ODIs and as many T20Is back in July-July 2016.

There are no 20-over games this time around since in under a week from the third and final ODI, the Asia Cup is scheduled to begin in Sri Lanka, on August 27. Given the quick turnaround time between the two series, India may again field two different sides simultaneously.
