After hammering Australia in the first two Tests within three days, Team India is gearing up for the third Test which will be played at the Holkar Stadium in Indore from March 1 to March 5. Virat Kohli and his teammates were seen sweating it out in the practice session on Monday (February 27) in the city of 'Poha'. Meanwhile, right ahead of the third Test, Indore's famous sweet shop's owner made a special request for Kohli. Pankaj, son of the owner of the popular sweet shop ‘Madhuram Sweets’ famously known as ‘56 dukaan’ has invited Kohli to his shop to try something which will not affect his diet. Delhi-born Virat is also a known foodie but he can no longer afford to have tasty delicacies regularly owing to his commitment to the sport.

Panka said that their shop has a special sweet that will cater to Kohli's dietary needs and has asked the star batter to visit and taste it whenever he has the time.

“We have a very healthy option, protein rich, for Virat Kohli. It’s the shahi rasmalai. It’s made from Gir Cow’s milk and sugarcane juice. Taste and health both. Jab bhi wo Indore mai time mile to meri request hai unse ki wo yaha aake zarur khaaye (Whenever he gets time in Indore, I would request him to come to our shop and try the special Shahi Rasmalai),” Pankaj told  News18.

Pankaj also claimed that India's head coach Rahul Dravid came to his shop on Sunday (February 26) to have badam caramel, shahi rasmalai and shahi shikanji.

“Yes Rahul Dravid came this morning and had badam caramel, shahi rasmalai and shahi shikanji (something which is their speciality), poha and jalebi. Even former India cricketer Ajay Jadeja is very fond of our food and he too has been here quite often. People like Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and many other celebrities have come here,” Pankaj further said.

Meanwhile, BCCI posted a video on Twitter where Kohli, KL Rahul, Shubham Gill, Ishan Kishan, Cheteshwar Pujara, Shreyas Iyer, and Ravindra Jadeja could be seen batting in nets with Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association (MPCA) ball boys and coaches. KL Rahul, the out-of-form Indian opener, took a long batting practice session on the ground while Kohli was seen running with a bandage on one of his legs after the batting session. "Preps ON! Team India get into the groove for the 3rd IND vs AUS Test in Indore," the BCCI captioned the post.
