India suffered a debilitating 10-wicket loss at the hands of England in the second semifinal of the 2022 T20 World Cup in Adelaide on Thursday, November 10. In what was a commanding performance by the Englishmen, openers Jos Buttler (80 off 49) and Alex Hales (86 off 47), the Indian bowlers were humbled as the Three Lions will now face Pakistan in the final on Sunday, November 10.
And after the match, India skipper Rohit Sharma was disconsolate. He was seen sitting alone in the dugout, away from his teammates, and his head in his hands after losing in his first semifinal as a captain in an ICC tournament. Soon after, head coach Rahul Dravid came up to him and tried his best to make the skipper feel better.

Against England, he scored just 27 runs off 28 runs in what was a crucial match for the Men in Blue.
