Dube to surpass Nehra?
In the second T20I, Shivam Dube didn’t bowl as Ravi Bishnoi bowled his full quota of overs. The move backfired as he conceded 29 runs in the 17th over, leading to India’s defeat. On the eve of the third T20I, Dube was named Nitish Kumar Reddy’s replacement in the ODI squad. He is likely to bowl in the third T20I and a wicket will help him surpass former India left-arm pacer Ashish Nehra.
Dube needs a wicket to go past Nehra on list of India's all-time T20I wicket-takers. Dube will take the 13th position if he strikes with the ball against Harry Brook-led side. The 33-year-old is yet to bowl in England. He had taken three wickets in the two-T20I series against Ireland.
