How did DC fare last year?
DC had a mixed campaign in the IPL 2025 season, which saw them narrowly miss out on qualifying for the playoffs. The team finished 5th on the points table with 15 points from 14 matches. They managed to secure 7 wins throughout the league stage. Despite showing strong performances and remaining in the playoff race until the final stages of the tournament, the team's season was ultimately marked by inconsistency at crucial moments, which cost them a spot in the top four.
