Former Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batting juggernaut Virat Kohli addressed circulating rumors regarding his alleged list of demands for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 season. Various media reports had suggested that the star batter requested special chartered flight access between India and London to be made available throughout the tournament.
Virat Kohli busts 'chartered flight' rumour
The speculation went further, claiming that Kohli informed the franchise of his intention to fly to London whenever a three-day gap occurred between matches. According to these reports, he allegedly planned to return to India only 24 hours before the team's next scheduled game.

Kohli, however, was quick to dismiss these claims with his trademark wit. Taking to his Instagram story, he shared a screenshot of the report accompanied by two "laughing" emojis, effectively rubbishing the rumors and signaling to fans that the story was entirely baseless.
RCB look to defend IPL title
RCB is set to kick off their campaign against Sunrisers Hyderabad on March 28. Following a historic milestone where Virat Kohli secured his first IPL title during his 18th season with the franchise, the legendary batter is entering the new season with high expectations.
