When questioned about the bond he shares with Kohli, Gambhir made it clear that they are the two Delhi boys having fun and if anyone has a problem with it he is free to tell the BCCI to stop posting about it.

“It’s just two Delhi boys having fun. If that’s a problem, I’ll tell the BCCI to stop posting about it. I want to be a winner. Nobody wants to lose. I don’t want to change anything in that," Gambhir said at the ABP India At 2047 Summit.

While Gambhir is enjoying his free time before India's Test series against England, Virat Kohli is running riot with the bat in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.
