After Raghu Sharma mirrored Abhishek Sharma's viral celebration during the Mumbai Indians (MI)'s Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 clash against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), the exact message on the note has been revealed, and it's quite an emotional one.

The MI debutant, who made headlines for pulling out a note after taking his maiden IPL wicket, dismissed LSG batter Akshat Raghuwanshi at a crucial juncture of the first innings. With LSG cruising early, Sharma’s breakthrough provided MI with a much-needed moment of control.

The emotional message reflected the bowler’s long journey and gratitude, making the moment even more significant beyond just the wicket.

High-scoring encounter unfolds at Wankhede

Despite the breakthrough, LSG dominated the first innings with an explosive start. Openers Mitchell Marsh and Josh Inglis set the tone with aggressive batting, helping the side register their highest powerplay total of the season at 90/1.
