It looks like Virat Kohli has gone back to his roots after becoming a two-time Indian Premier League (IPL) champion, as he and his wife Anushka Sharma paid a visit to spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj's ashram in Vrindavan on Monday.
The couple reached Premanand Maharaj's Radha Keli Kunj ashram to seek his blessings. Several clips of their visit have gone viral on social media, where the couple can be seen stepping out of the ashram after meeting Premanand Maharaj.
For the unaware, this has become a normal practice for Virat Kohli in the recent years to visit the ashram after every important series or tournament, as Virat has become very spiritual in the past couple of years.

Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) won the IPL 2026 after defeating Gujarat Titans (GT) in the summit clash of the season on Sunday, May 31 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. It was RCB's second title in their history, after lifting the first title in 2025, where they defeated Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the finals.

Virat Kohli was given the Player of the Match award for his brilliant unbeaten 75 off 42 balls while chasing 156 in the second innings. During his stay at the crease, Virat managed to hit nine boundaries and three sixes at a strike rate of 178.57.

Virat Kohli enjoyed another stellar individual campaign in the IPL 2026 season, and contributed a lot in RCB's success throughout the season. The star RCB opener amassed 675 runs in just 16 innings at an average of 56.25 with an unusual attacking strike rate of 165.84.
The former India skipper smashed five half-centuries and one century in the season, with his best score being unbeaten 105 against Kolkata Knight Riders. The star RCB opener managed to hit 73 boundaries and 25 sixes throughout the season.
