Uncertainty remains over PCB's participation

With the ICC Board meeting now moved to Ahmedabad, uncertainty remains over the participation of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Under normal circumstances, PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi would be expected to attend the meeting in person.

However, amid the strained relationship between the Indian and Pakistani governments, along with the tensions between the two cricket boards, it remains to be seen whether Naqvi will travel to India for the meeting or opt to participate virtually. As per the recent reports, Naqvi is seeking permission from the Pakistan Prime Minister regarding his visit to India for the ICC meeting.
