The Women's U19 Asia Cup 2024 schedule, which will take place in Malaysia, was revealed by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) on Wednesday, November 13. The Bayuemas Cricket Oval will host the competition in the T20 format from December 15 to 22. On December 15, India will play their first game against Pakistan. Group A is made up of India, Pakistan, and Nepal, while Group B is made up of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. The playoff match for fifth place will take place on December 18 after the group matches.
The Super Four matches are scheduled on December 19 and 20. December 22 is the date of the final. At an Executive Board Meeting in Kuala Lumpur back in September, the ACC officially announced that it would host the Women's U19 Asia Cup in 2024. The purpose of the championship was to allow the players to get ready for the U19 World Cup, which will take place the next year.
India's first World Cup match will take place at the Bayuemas Oval against the West Indies. India, led by Shafali Verma, is the reigning champion after their victory in South Africa last time.
