The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the schedule for the limited-overs series on Bangladesh soil. After the Test tour of England, India will go up against Bangladesh in three ODIs and three T20Is.
This will be India's first ODI series since the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 triumph in Dubai. The ODI series will commence on August 17.
The Suryakumar Yadav-led side will take on Bangladesh in the three-T20I series on August 26.

India's ODI record in Bangladesh
The last time India toured Bangladesh, they lost the series 2-1 as captain Rohit Sharma suffered an injury. India have played 25 ODIs against Bangladesh in Bangladesh. India have lost six of these ODIs, won 18 whereas one ended in no result.
In the T20I format, India have dominated Bangladesh in Bangladesh. The last time they played a T20I in Bangladesh was in 2016. Bangladesh have hosted India for three T20Is and are yet to beat them.
Ro-Ko set for another ODI milestone
Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will have a chance to complete 1,000 ODI runs against Bangladesh. So far, no Indian batters has crossed the 1,000-run mark in ODIs against Bangladesh. Kohli has 932 runs from 17 innings at an average of 71.69, including five centuries from three fifties. Rohit has scored 827 runs from 18 innings at an average of 55.13, including three centuries and three fifties.
