The Indian women's cricket team is set to take on Sri Lanka in a limited-overs One Day Internationals and T20Is in Sri Lanka from June 23 to July 7, according to sources in the know of things. The source also added that the tournament will witness three ODIs and three T20I matches between the two teams.


The source told Sports Tak, "The women's team will be travelling to Sri Lanka for a limited-over series from 23rd June to July 7 where they will play three ODIs and three T20I matches. The selection committee will also announce the squad for the upcoming series soon, where the new ODI captain will also be named."


As reported earlier by Sports Tak Ramesh Pawar will be the Coach.


Reports suggest that the six limited-overs matches will take place at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy.
