Iyer’s fitness test in VHT

Earlier this month, Iyer was picked in India’s squad for the ODI series against New Zealand. However, his participation is subject to fitness. He will prove his game fitness in the VHT games before linking up with the squad in Vadodra for the series opener. The ODI vice-captain has not played a single match since he got injured on Australia tour.
