Former Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante is linked with a comeback in Europe with Turkish Super Liga club Fenerbahce. The French player has been playing for Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia after his stint with the Blues ended in the summer of 2023.

Kante, 34, has contributed nine goals and 10 assists in 101 games across all competitions for the defending Saudi Pro League champions That consists of a goal in 22 games across all competitions this season, with a strike coming in 14 games in the Saudi pro League, where Sergio Conceicao's team are standing at sixth place after playing 14 games, 11 points behind runaway leaders Al-Hilal (38).
With his contract with Al-Ittihad coming to an end in the summer, Kante has been reported with a return to Europe, with Fenerbahce. As per talkSPORT, the French midfielder is in talks with the Super Liga side ahead of a possible inclusion in France's squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has claimed that the player's camp has been in direct touch with Fenerbahce. While a deal isn't already in place for Kate's exit, Al-Ittihad are well placed to cope up with that.

N'Golo Kante had a great stint of seven seasons at Chelsea after arriving from then Premier League champions Leicester City in the summer of 2016. The midfielder played 269 games across all competitions for the Blues.
He managed to score 13 goals and 16 assists, Kante was one of the first players in their line-up as he won the Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup.

Kante had a great stint with France, amassing two goals and three assists in 65 games. His last appearance for Les Bleus was in a 4-0 home win against Ukraine in November during their successful FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifying campaign.
