Real Madrid are going through major changes ahead of the upcoming football season following their disappointing season. The Spanish Giants have gone through two back to back trophlyess season and don't want to take any chances anymore.

The 15-time UEFA Champions League winners have made a formal offer of €100 million for highly-rated RB Leipzig defender Diomandé, but the German club has turned it down, demanding a higher fee.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Los Blancos submitted an official bid this week structured as €90m upfront plus €10m in performance-related add-ons. Leipzig rejected the proposal, signaling they value the player above the €100m mark.

Despite the setback, Jose Mourinho’s side are continuing negotiations in an effort to secure the young talent. Paris Saint-Germain have also been in talks with Leipzig for several weeks, though no agreement has been reached so far.

The intense interest from two of Europe’s biggest clubs highlights Diomandé’s rising stock as one of the most sought-after young defenders in European football. A transfer saga is expected to unfold in the coming weeks as the summer window progresses.
