While talking about the Real Madrid legend, Sweeney, without any hesitation, said, as per AS:
“Cristiano Ronaldo is my favorite footballer.”
Sweeney said further about the former Manchester United superstar:
“I’m a competitive person, and if I were a footballer, he would be my inspiration.”
Sweeney was also seen attending the Estádio José Alvalade, home ground for the Sporting CP club football. It is also the club where Ronaldo began his journey at 12 at the club’s youth academy. The club shaped his career, where he showed off his raw talent, shaping him into a world-class player.
