After a quiet start to his stint at Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappe picked up and in the course of time he has silenced all the detractors with standout performances, one after the other. Mbappe has notched 33 goals for Los Blancos in the 45 appearances and he is on his way to breaking the record of scoring most goals for a player in a debut season. The title currently belongs to Ivan Zamorano, who scored 37 goals in his debut season with Madrid. Mbappe is standing at a parallel position with his idol Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored 33 as a rookie in the Spanish Capital.

Carlo Ancelotti's Huge Ask From Kylian Mbappe
Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti also wants his premier striker to keep delivering for the team and attain the stature that Ronaldo holds at Real Madrid.
"What I wish for Mbappe is that he is capable of achieving what Ronaldo did at Real Madrid,” Ancelotti explained, “and I think that he can do it.”
“That means he will be a legend at Real Madrid like Cristiano Ronaldo is.”
After matching Ronaldo’s goal tally with a brace against CD Leganés in LaLiga, Mbappé revealed to Real Madrid TV that “we speak and he gives me a lot of advice”.
“We know what he means for Real Madrid,” the Frenchman added.
Ronaldo, now aged 40, currently plies his trade in Saudi Arabia for Al-Nassr.
