“I'm feeling great to be honest, I'm in the best shape of my life. I know it's very cliché to say that, but I am. And I'm gonna put a beating on Michael Chandler on Saturday night,” Paddy stated confidently.

UFC 314 will be broadcast live on Sony Sports Ten 1 (SD & HD), Sony Sports Ten 3 (Hindi - SD & HD), and Sony Sports Ten 4 (Tamil & Telugu - SD & HD), ensuring fans across India can catch the action in their preferred language.

Major Milestone

Pimblett is treating this fight as a major milestone in his journey toward UFC gold. “Yeah, this is the biggest fight of me… climbing the ladder to get towards the world title and that's what I want to do,” he said.

While known for his outspoken demeanor, Pimblett had respectful words for Chandler. “We're like we're gonna be enemies when the cage door locks, but other than that, we're very cool. I seen him last night in the hotel. He's a nice fella,” he shared.

This will also be his first-ever five-round bout, and he’s made adjustments in training. “Obviously being more rounds of sparring and more things centered around 5 rounds of conditioning,” he revealed.

He also spoke about his lingering feud with Ilia Topuria. “No, it's not under the bridge at all… That's the type of piece of shit he is… Hopefully I still fight him down the line.”

Looking beyond UFC 314, Paddy made his intentions clear: “I just want to fight anyone that will get me to that world title fight.”

When asked if he’ll walk out with a win, he left no doubt: “Oh, I will, don't you worry fella.”
