He has made it to the finals as World No.1 Jannik Sinner stands between him and the title. The Spaniard got the better off the Italian after saving three championship points last month during the French Open final to successfully defend his title.

However, the only match between the pair won by Sinner on grass came at 2022 Wimbledon in four sets. That was also the last time Carlos Alcaraz lost a match at SW19. He won his first title in 2023 and then successfully defended it the following years. If the World No.1 manages to defeat the Spaniard, then it would be his only third defeat at the venue.
Meanwhile, Carlos Alcaraz is the firm favorite going into the match, considering his 24-match winning streak. His unbeaten run includes two wins over Sinner in title rounds. Apart from the French Open defeat, he beat Sinner in the Italian Open final as well. The tournament marked the start of his unbeaten run which is by far the longest of his career.
