The order of play for Wednesday at the Miami Open 2026 was cancelled due to weather conditions. Rain disrupted the schedule, delaying the matches until late in the evening.

Initially, only 12 matches were called off, and fourteen remained on the schedule. Most of the matches were expected to resume at 6 PM local time. However, the courts remained wet, forcing the organisers to call the games off for Wednesday, as reported by the Express.

Additionally, the night sessions were assumed to begin no earlier than 7 PM local time on the Grandstand court, which featured just two matches: Venus Williams vs Francesca Jones and Matteo Berrettini vs Alexandre Muller. However, it was later announced that all matches, including the day and night sessions, have been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
