In the series of interesting developments, the star Indian spinner will replace Varun Chakaravarthy in India's squad for the upcoming three-game T20I series against Zimbabwe. Additionally, star bowling all-rounder Harshit Rana will not be available for the upcoming ODI series against England, as Prince Yadav has been asked to stay back to fill his place.
Replacements for Varun Chakaravarthy and Harshit Rana
Bishnoi was not picked for the T20I assignment against Zimbabwe, but now has been picked as a replacement for Varun Chakaravarthy, who missed the last two T20I games against England due to hamstring injury. The star KKR spinner would need more time to get fully fit.

For the recovery process, Varun will go to the BCCI's Centre of Excellence (CoE)in Bengaluru. Meanwhile, at the COE Varun will have a company of his teammate, Harshit Rana who endured a hamstring injury. Sadly, Harshit won't be able to take part in the three-game ODI series against England.
Prince Yadav, who was part of the T20I squad in England, will stay with the side to fill the void left by Harshit's absence.
