RCB secured a six-wicket win over DC

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 points table underwent a massive shake up after the action-packed double-header Sunday which saw Delhi Capitals (DC) going up against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) locking horns with Lucknow Super Kings (LSG).

While Royal Challengers Bengaluru thrashed Delhi Capitals by six wickets at the Arun Jaitley stadium, Mumbai Indians crushed Lucknow Super Giants by 54 runs at the Wankhede stadium.

By virtue of their six-wicket victory over Delhi Capitals in Delhi, Royal Challengers Bengaluru have ascended to the top of the IPL 2025 points table. The Bengaluru-based franchise now holds 14 points after competing in 10 matches, maintaining a perfect record of six wins in their away games this season.

In the first match played on Sunday, the Hardik Pandya-led Mumbai Indians secured a 54-run victory against the Lucknow Super Giants in their home stadium. This win has propelled Mumbai Indians to the third position in the league standings. They currently have the same number of points as Gujarat Titans but are positioned one place behind due to a slightly lower Net Run Rate.
