The Rajat Patidar-led Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will be wearing green jerseys in their upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 clash against the Rajasthan Royals (RR), which is scheduled to take place on April 13 at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The green jersey will be made from recycled fabric to raise awareness about conservation and the need to protect the environment. The 'Go Green' initiative was coined for creating awareness about planting trees and reducing the effect of Global Warming. The skipper of RCB Rajat Patidar will also present a plant as a memento to the opposition skipper Sanju Samson during the toss as part of the special initiative.
