Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) superstar Virat Kohli has achieved an unwanted record as he scored a two-ball duck in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 clash against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). Kohli, who opens the innings for RCB, was bowled out by LSG's Prince Yadav's very second ball of the second over.

With this, Kohli was removed for a duck after nine long years while chasing in an IPL game. It was a quick inswinger from Yadav that completely beat Kohli and launched his stumps in the air. With this, Prince Yadav also became just the second Indian pacer after Dhawal Kulkarni to bowl Virat Kohli out on a duck.
At the time of writing this article, RCB is at 166 at the loss of six wickets in 16 overs, while Romario Shepherd and Krunal Pandya are still at the crease trying to pull out almost a lost game for RCB. Their captain played a knock of 61 runs in 31 balls while Tim David and Devdutt Padikkal scored 40 (17) and 34 (25) respectively.
