Riding on Jadhav's top notch batting, Mumbai amassed a formidable total of 563 runs for the loss of three wickets in their allotted 50 overs. Jadhav's superlative show with the bat might grab selectors' eyeballs and may even lead to her inclusion in the main squad for the upcoming U-19 Women's World Cup.

Jadhav's triple century was apparently a historic knock. She became the first-ever Indian cricketer, male or female, to achieve this feat in BCCI's 50-over cricket. If selected for the main squad in the upcoming World Cup, Jadhav expressed her desire to continue her stunning form and contribute to the team's success in the tournament.

Jadhav's extraordinary performance garnered widespread acclaim. Former India Women's National Cricket Team captain, Diana Edulji, heaped immense praise on Jadhav's historic feat. During a conversation with Times of India, Edulji stated, "Hats off to Ira, who is a u-15 player n playing all age groups. Hope to see her in Indian colours."

Ira Jadhav recently made headlines by becoming the youngest player to register for the WPL 2025 auction. Although she remained unsold during the auction, her recent triple century in the U-19 One Day Cup is sure to attract the attention of several franchises. This impressive performance would make her a valuable asset, particularly in case of injuries within the teams before or during the tournament.

It's worth noting that only four other women cricketers have achieved a double century at the U19 level. This elite group includes current Indian captain Smriti Mandhana (224 not out in 2013), Raghvi Bist (219 not out), Jemimah Rodrigues (202 not out), and Sanika Chalke (200)
