Harbhajan Singh revealed that his conversations with MS Dhoni at CSK were limited to the ground.

Harbhajan hasn't had a personal conversation with Dhoni in a decade.

Harbhajan and Dhoni helped India win T20 World Cup 2007 and ODI World Cup 2011.

'Turbanator' Harbhajan Singh has made a shocking revelation. Harbhajan said that he hasn't spoken to his former captain MS Dhoni in 10 years.  The two won the T20 World Cup 2007 and ODI World Cup 2011 together but it seems they have not been in constant touch. The last time Dhoni and Harbhajan played together for India was in 2015. However, they played in a couple of seasons for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) together in 2018 and 2019 editions as well. Harbhajan says that their conversations were limited to the ground.

"No, I don't speak to Dhoni. When I was playing at CSK, that's when we spoke, but otherwise, we haven't spoken. It's been 10 years and more. I have no reason; perhaps he does. I don't know what the reasons are. When we were playing in the IPL at CSK, that's when we used to talk, and that, too, was restricted to the ground. After that, he did not come to my room, nor did I go to his," the 44-year-old said in a conversation with News18.

Harbhajan not sure Dhoni will pick up his call

Harbhajan said that he talks to former teammates Yuvraj Singh and Ashish Nehra regularly. The Punjab-born cricketer does not feel that Dhoni has something against him but neither has taken an initiative to stay in touch.

"I don't have anything against him. If he has something to say, he can tell me. But if he did, he would have told me by now. I never tried to call him because I have a lot of passion. I only ring up those who pick up my calls. I don't have the time otherwise. I stay in touch with the ones I am friends with. A relationship is always about give and take. If I respect you, I hope you will respect me back. Or you respond to me. But if I call you once or twice but don't get a response, I will probably only meet you as much as I am needed to," added the Indian off-spinner with 711 wickets in international cricket.
