According to this agreement, India and Pakistan will play their ICC games at a neutral venue. As per sources close to Sports Tak, India games will take place in Dubai and if the Men in Blue qualify for the semis then it will take place at a neutral venue otherwise they have Lahore as a backup option for the clash.

To make arrangements the PCB not get any additional compensation and they will not get ant additional revenue from ICC for the clashes taking place at a neutral venue. The International Cricket Council (ICC) also denied the PCB's suggestion of Tri-series against India.

The PCB have gone back to their government and will confirm to ICC by 7th December and the schedule will also released by the end of this week.

Earlier, PCB had planned to start the Champions Trophy from February 19 with Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi as the host cities. However, things changed after BCCI denied sending Team India to Pakistan citing players' safety. Because of the ongoing tussle between PCB and BCCI, ICC has not been able to release the schedule for the marquee event.
