The upcoming Champions Trophy 2025 which was supposed to take place in Pakistan will now played in hybrid model as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and International Cricket Council (ICC) made an agreement to adopt the hybrid model for global tournaments being hosted in Pakistan or India until 2027 including women's cricket between arch-rivals.
According to this agreement, India and Pakistan will play their ICC games at a neutral venue. As per sources close to Sports Tak, India games will take place in Dubai and if the Men in Blue qualify for the semis then it will take place at a neutral venue otherwise they have Lahore as a backup option for the clash.

Because of the ongoing tussle between PCB and BCCI, ICC has not been able to release the schedule for the marquee event.
