25-year-old all-rounder Karan Lal put on an absolute masterclass in power-hitting on Thursday, smashing a breathtaking 145 off just 64 balls in the Bengal T20 League. His explosive knock propelled Servotech Siliguri Strikers to a commanding 73-run win over the Adamas Howrah Warriors.

Lal’s spectacular onslaught completely dismantled the opposition's bowling attack. With this performance, he etched his name into the tournament's history books by recording only the second century ever in the history of the Bengal T20 League, following in the footsteps of Gaurav Chauhan’s 103-run blitz off 55 balls back in Season 2. Lal's knock was studded with fourteen sixes and seven fours.

Servotech Siliguri Strikers thrash Adamas Howrah Warriors
In reply to the massive target, the Adamas Howrah Warriors never managed to find their rhythm or build sustained momentum. The batting lineup crumbled under pressure and was eventually bowled out for 158 runs in 19.2 overs.
Shakir Habib Gandhi was the lone bright spot for the Warriors, playing a fiery, counter-attacking knock of 40 off just 20 balls, but his efforts went in vain as he received virtually no support from the other end.

The Servotech Siliguri Strikers carried their batting dominance straight into the second innings with a highly disciplined performance with the ball.
Akhilesh Yadav spearheaded the attack, dismantling the opposition with stellar figures of 3/19. Shivamm Bharati kept the pressure on from the other end, picking up 2/21.Karan Lal capped off a truly unforgettable all-round match, chipping in with 2/29 to completely dismantle the chase and secure a comprehensive 73-run victory.
