New Zealand Cricket (NZC) on March 31 announced their squads for white-ball tour of Bangladesh next month. BlackCaps' pace trio -- Matthew Fisher, Will O'Rourke and Blair Tickner -- have returned after recovering from their respective injuries.
As Mitchell Santner is a part of the Mumbai Indians' (MI) squad for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026, Tom Latham will be leading the team on the tour.
"Will, Blair and Matt have been working very hard over the past few months to get themselves back on the park and back in contention for selection and we're pleased to welcome them back into the group," head coach Rob Walter said.
"With the amount of cricket being played in the modern game, having depth in our bowling stocks is key. Having players of this quality come back is great for our side."
Dean Foxcroft has returned to the squad on the back of a good run in domestic cricket. He was the fourth-highest run-scorer in the Ford Trophy, scoring 435 runs from 11 innings.
Kristian Clarke and Jayden Lennox have been rewarded for their performances in the historic ODI series win on Indian soil. Lennox is the only player in the squad who is yet to make his T20I debut.
