According to reports from Geo News, Hesson, who had travelled to London with High Performance Director Aqib Javed, will now be involved in the dressing room for the Birmingham Test starting September 9.
The move raises questions over the future of current red-ball coach Sarfaraz Ahmed, with sources suggesting Hesson could assume broader responsibilities after the tour. Earlier, Sarfaraz had admitted that the Pak team’s inability to spend enough time at the crease has been concerning.
