Representing Shivamogga Lions, Manohar unleashed a blistering innings against Mangaluru Dragons. Batting at number five, he smashed 84 runs off a mere 34 deliveries, propelling his team to an imposing total.

After winning the toss and electing to bowl, Mangaluru Dragons made a strong start, reducing Shivamogga Lions to 47 for 3. Skipper Nihal Ullal, Rohit K, Dhruv Prabhakar, and Rajvir Wadhwa failed to capitalise on their opportunities. However, Abhinav Manohar emerged as a savior for the Lions. The young batter took charge of the innings from the outset. Abhinav Manohar unleashed his destructive potential, hammering three fours and nine sixes during his blistering 84*-run knock off just 34 deliveries. The right-handed batter's innings was a masterclass in power hitting. Manohar reached his fifty with a towering six, showcasing his immense hitting ability.

Dragons' superb chase despite Manohar's blitzkrieg
Avinash D's contribution of 22 runs complemented Manohar's explosive innings, as Shivamogga Lions set a challenging target of 175 runs for Mangaluru Dragons. In response, Mangaluru Dragons chased down the total with eight wickets in hand. With this Shivamogga endured their second back-to-back defeat in the tournament.
Mangaluru Dragons enjoyed a lucrative powerplay, with openers Macneil Noronha and Rohan Patil batting with freedom. The duo forged a 75-run partnership off just 35 balls before Noronha fell to Rajvir Wadhwa. Noronha's aggressive strokeplay, including four fours and four sixes, put the Dragons in a commanding position.
Nikin Jose provided steady support to Rohan Patil, who continued his destructive form. Patil reached his half-century off 28 balls, and the pair added 49 runs to the total. The introduction of Hardik Raj broke the partnership, removing Patil in the 13th over. However, KV Siddarth's quickfire innings, featuring four boundaries and two sixes, ensured a comfortable eight-wicket victory for Mangaluru Dragons with ample overs to spare.
