Dart is already foreseeing working in new offensive schemes and play-calls under Nagy in 2026, and he is making sure to achieve success. As per a report from ESPN, the quarterback reached out to Patrick Mahomes multiple times to inquire about working with him.

Matt Nagy spent the last three years as the Kansas City Chiefs' offensive coordinator, working under mentor Andy Reid, reaching the Super Bowl twice in that stint. Jaxson Dart expressed his feelings about working with him during Super Bowl week.

“I can't wait to get the chance to play for him,” Dart told Forbes. “Just so many great things that are said about him and his coaching style and the work that he puts in, the passion that he has for the game.”

Matt Nagy brings a true quarterback's perspective to the role, which is a big plus point for Jaxson Dart. The quarterback also interacted with the reporters and said that he'd spoken with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce about his former coordinator and came away with glowing reviews.

Jaxson Dart expresses excitement to work with John Harbaugh

Jaxson Dart will work with John Harbaugh next season, and the quarterback is excited to work with one of the biggest coaches in the league. In an interview with Fox News Digital on Sunday, he described his feelings about the coach and the opportunity to play under him.

“Obviously, he was the hottest name out there on the market,” Dart said. “And he was the guy that we all wanted. So when we heard and had the opportunity that we were going to get to play for him, everybody was excited and fired up about it.

“And I just think that who he is as a person and his identity is something that's very respected amongst the league. From the conversations that I've had, he views the game the exact same way that I do, that we do. I can't wait to get this thing going in the right direction."

With his performance, Jaxson Dart cemented himself as a franchise quarterback for the Giants last season even after the team's struggles. John Harbaugh and Matt Nagg now have the responsibility of getting the best out of him in the upcoming season.
