Aileen Lopera, a former girlfriend of Diggs, filed to dismiss her case against her ex-boyfriend as per a report by Page Six. This came after the lawyers of Lopera claimed paternity, which proved that the NFL star is the father of the Instagram model’s daughter, named Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.
Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, told US Weekly:
“The matter has been resolved.”
The lawsuit against Diggs was filed back in December 24, the time when she was pregnant. Lopera sought the court for legal and physical custody of the child and for Diggs to be given visitation rights in the petition.
Lopera also sought her pregnancy and birth expenses in addition to her attorney’s fees from Diggs. Later, the NFL player responded to the claims in July 2025, following the birth of Charlie, by requesting a generic test. He also stated that if he is proven to be Charlie’s father, Diggs requested a legal and joint physical custody.
Diggs also said that if he is proven the father of Charlie, he will split the pregnancy and birth expenses as well as the lawyer’s fees. Meanwhile, according to Lopera’s lawyer, Diggs has now been proven as the father, as per what was told to Page Six.
