Josh Allen received a total of 27 first-place votes as compared to Lamar Jackson's 23. Allen had 22 second-place votes and just one third-place vote to his name. Lamar Jackson snubbed of another MVP title?

Lamar Jackson won the last two NFL MVP awards but this time around he was edged by Josh Allen as Jackson couldn't make it three in a row. Many fans were surprised as Jackson didn't win the award thinking he was snubbed of the title.

Jackson had a great season as compared to Allen. The former had more passing yards (4,172) than Allen (3,731), more passing touchdowns (41 to 28), a better competition percentage (66.7% to 63.3%) and rushed for more yards (915 to 531).

The only category in which Allen surpassed Jackson was in rushing touchdowns, as Allen rushed for 12 to Jackson's four. Stat's aren't everything as both the teams had similar seasons and both the quarterbacks performed well.
