WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark was recently spotted at Hinkle Fieldhouse, cheering on the Butler Bulldogs during their game against the UConn Huskies. The highly anticipated match was a crucial one for the Bulldogs, as they faced off against the defending back-to-back champions. Clark, known for her impressive basketball career with the Indiana Fever, chose to attend this game instead of the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Houston Texans NFL matchup, which also piqued her interest.

A Family Affair at the Game

Clark wasn’t alone at the game. She was accompanied by Jack McCaffery, the brother of her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery. Jack McCaffery, a future Bulldog, is currently finishing his high school career and had a standout performance recently, scoring 25 of his team's 38 points in the second half of a thrilling win over cross-town rivals City High. His performance, especially in the absence of the team's leading rebounder and second-leading scorer, was impressive.

Jack McCaffery shared his excitement after his performance, saying, “I haven’t shot the ball well all season, and I finally got in a rhythm shooting the ball, and that felt good. When my threes are going in, there is just a lot more space that opens up the floor. I think I’m shooting 14 percent right now, and I know I’m a good shooter. I’ve never shot like this in my life, so it’s something I just have to keep getting better at."
