Adil Rashid becomes first England spinner to take 200 ODI wickets
Adil Rashid played an instrumental role in England's bowling attack, claiming two wickets in his 10-over spell. Rashid's economical bowling, conceding just 42 runs, helped to restrict Australia's scoring rate. His wicket of Glenn Maxwell held particular significance as it marked his 200th ODI wicket, making him the first England spinner to achieve this milestone. Rashid, who made his ODI debut in 2009, is now playing his 137th ODI.

James Anderson leads the list of England bowlers with the most ODI wickets, having dismissed 269 batsmen in 194 matches. Darren Gough follows with 234 wickets, and Adil Rashid is third with 201 wickets.
England's chase 271-run target
England are tasked with chasing a target of 271 runs in the second ODI of the series against Australia. The home team is without the services of Jos Buttler, and Harry Brook is leading the side. Australia's batting lineup was led by Mitchell Marsh, who scored a valuable 60 runs from 59 balls. Alex Carey provided a finishing touch to the innings, contributing 74 runs from 67 balls. Matthew Short and Travis Head made decent starts, adding 46 runs for the first wicket, but they were unable to convert their starts into substantial scores. In terms of England's bowling attack, Stuart Broad is at the fourth position with 178 wickets. Chris Woakes follows closely behind with 173 wickets. Notably, Adil Rashid is the only spinner in the top five list of England's leading ODI wicket-takers.
