Pat Cummins says India have an advantage.

No complaints have been made about Pakistan's hosting skills for the Champions Trophy 2025, which is presently in its group stage. However, there was a lot of controversy leading up to the competition, particularly around India's political ties with Pakistan. All of Rohit Sharma and company's matches are being played in Dubai because of the political difficulties between the two nations, which prevented them from visiting Pakistan. Some members of the cricket community criticized the ICC's decision. Many have believed that they have a major edge because they play all of their games on the same field in Dubai.

Shreyas Iyer too made a significant contribution, scoring 56 runs off 67 balls. In the bowling category, Shaheen Shah Afridi scored two goals for Pakistan.
