What happens if rain causes washout?

ICC has allotted 190 minutes of extra time to this Final match in case rain is persistent but if rain causes a washout like it has in the previous few games the game would move to the reserve day but even if the game is not played on reserve day which also has 190 minutes extra time, then both teams will be declared as joint-winners and this will be the first such occasion during a World Cup of any format.
