Defeated in last two games, Delhi Capitals (DC) will go up against second-placed Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at their home in match 39 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026.
Defending champions RCB will be looking to avenge their only home defeat of the season and take another step towards cementing playoffs berth.

Since Mitchell Starc is expected to play on May 1, DC may look to include both overseas pacer Dushmantha Chameera and Kyle Jamieson in the side. If this happens, it would mean that Pathum Nissanka would be either replaced by Abishek Porel or Prithvi Shaw.
