The BLV Blasters dominated the Intersoft Titans in the ongoing Sher-e-Punjab T20 Cup, securing a convincing eight-wicket victory at the IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali on Wednesday, June 19. It was Mumbai Indians star Naman Dhir's batting heroics, which helped Blasters chase down a lowly target without breaking a sweat. Electing to bat first, the Titans were dismissed for a meager 119 runs in 19.5 overs. Experienced batsman Gitansh Khera top-scored for them with a decent 29 runs off 23 balls, attempting to provide some stability to the Titans' batting line-up. Unfortunately, no other Titan batsman could manage more than 20 runs, with captain Vishwanath Pratap Singh contributing 16 runs from 19 balls. The BLV Blasters' bowling attack, spearheaded by medium-pacer Aradhya Shukla, proved too strong for the Titans. Shukla claimed three crucial wickets, including openers Mridul Sandal and Tejpreet Singh, while conceding only 16 runs in his four overs. Gourav Chaudhary and Simranjit Singh Gharu also chipped in with two wickets each, restricting the Titans to a low total. This dominant bowling performance set the stage for an easy chase for the Blasters.

Blasters' Batting Blitz Seals Dominant Victory
The BLV Blasters continued their dominance in the Sher-e-Punjab T20 Cup, chasing down a modest target of 120 runs in a mere 11.1 overs with the loss of just two wickets. Openers Harnoor Singh Pannu and Manvir Heer got the chase off to a flying start. While Heer fell for a duck, Pannu, the tournament's leading run-scorer, continued his blistering form, smashing 34 runs off just 10 balls, including three sixes and a four.
Naman Dhir, the Blasters' captain, joined Pannu at the crease and continued the aggressive approach. Dhir played a scintillating knock of 50 runs off 23 balls, peppering the boundary with five fours and four sixes.
By the time Dhir departed, the Blasters were well on their way to victory, requiring just a handful of runs. Anmol Malhotra (27* off 20 balls) ensured a smooth finish alongside the in-form Pannu, as the Blasters secured a comprehensive eight-wicket win. The Intersoft Titans' bowling attack struggled to contain the Blasters' onslaught. Prabhkirat Singh and Harry Dhaliwal managed to pick up a wicket each, but Emanjot Singh went wicketless and proved expensive.
