Rohit chasing a List A milestone

Meanwhile, 38-year-old Rohit is nearing a milestone. He needs 87 more runs to complete 14,000 runs in List A cricket (ODIs, domestic One-Day cricket). He will become the fifth Indian batter to achieve the feat after Sachin Tendulkar, Kohli, Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid. He will also become the 26th batter to cross the 14,000-run mark in List A cricket.

On December 24, Kohli joined the elite list of batters with 16,000 or more runs in List A cricket. For India, only Tendulkar has achieved the feat. Tendulkar retired with 21,999 runs in List A cricket.
